  • When I moved in my doorbell didn't work, neither did my fridge, my balcony door was broken and fell on top of me twice and the screen door doesn't shut all the way so bugs enter plus the screens on he window are some what jacked up as well. Maintenance tends to come knocking at like 8 in the morning. They supposably fixed my balcony door but didn't fix the screen door. They took almost a month to replace my refrigerator.
