I had to throw out half of my salad because it was wilted and couldn't eat the garlic knots because they were too undercooked. I can understand these things because it was a busy Sunday, but the delivery was slow and the driver was a complete jerk. He dropped things when he delivered, didn't help pick them up and tossed the food at me, all while I was signing the bill and writing in my tip. I have worked in the customer service industry for years but this was by far the worst service I ever received.
The only saving grace was I called and talked to the manager. She was apologetic when I told her what happened and we had a nice conversation and told me she would talk to him and do more training with her drivers. I told her that was my first time ordering there and she offered me a discount next time I ordered. We shall see.
