  • I took my car in because the check engine light was on. One of their "mechanics" named Nelson pulls out a little machine that tells him its a sensor that needs to be replaced. Apparently it was an easy fix. the charged me $350.00 for this sensor including labor. I asked them to also do a tune up, they charged me $250.00 for a tune up including parts and labor. They asked that I bring the car over night to leave it there ALL day. I did. I pick up my car and all seems well, check engine light is off and as soon as I get home, it is back on. I call them back and they keep on shuffling me from one person to the other and tell me to bring the car back. As i'm driving it back the AC stops working, when it was working before. They inspect it and tell me it needs freon (?) I leave the car again for 4 days. I come back and they tell me that they still could not get the replacement sensor, that had a warranty btw. But they tell me, it will work and just to take it and come back. I do so, as I have to work. The car then suddenly does not turn back on. I call them. they tell me I must speak to Nelson, again. He says he will come to where I'm stranded and see what happened with my car. He gets it started and says its the starter that is bad now (?) takes it back to the shop to fix and I had to get a rental in the meantime. I spoke with him throughout an entire week and he kept on telling me that he was still working on it. then suddenly on Friday of that week, he no longer answers my calls. I go to the shop and my car was not there! and they tell me that this Nelson has not been to work in two days and that he had barely started working there and that he also took some tools. I said wait, I saw Nelson here fixing my car. I'm thinking my car was stolen at this point! I then threaten them that I am calling the police and report my car stolen......Nelson contacts me within minutes....I am beyond upset at this point. He returns my car and nothing is fixed! As a matter of fact, now it's overheating. My neighbor who is a mechanic checked it out and said to me that a tune up was not done and no parts were repaired. So these people are just thieves, no nothing about fixing cars and as one other reviewer put it, they misdiagnose because they don't know. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIR
