  • We recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We are from San Diego and come to Phoenix quite often for family/business so we stay at a lot of different hotels. We went through Hotwire so we got the room for a very decent price. I personally don't know why there are so many bad reviews, our stay here was not bad. The hotel itself is in a good location. There are so many food places next to it, and it is really easy to get to the freeway. The TV was probably one of the nicest ones I've ever seen in a hotel. Lots of channels and a great size/picture. I didn't get to go in the pool/spa during our stay but it looked super nice and I know it was heated. The AC worked very well which is a must for Phoenix. Being from San Diego I absolutely can't stand the summer heat in AZ. I am only taking away one star because the water temperature in the room was not working with us. If we wanted to take a hot shower we would have to do it early in the AM or just turn it on maybe it would get hot if you're lucky! If not, you're taking a luke warm shower and getting goosebumps. It probably has to do with how many people were using the showers at the same time. Ultimately it was a nice stay! Thanks!
