  • I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. This was my second and last time coming here. The whole operation just feels shady. From the annoying greeters/salesguys that try to pressure you into upgrades on services, to the blasé cashiers inside, to the dubious characters doing the actual cleaning... I'm not exactly sure why I came back again. This outing went like this: Spent 15 minutes haggling with a guy who barely spoke English and called me "buddy" about 20 times while sweating my balls off in the Arizona sun. By the time we settled on a price, I was already exhausted and regretting my decision. I went inside to pay and the cashier girl barely looked up at me. The only word she managed to squeeze out was, "Receipt?" I gave her my receipt and payed. I then asked her two simple questions: Who is the owner of this place? And, how long will my service take? To the first question she just shrugged and make a quizzical face. To the second she said, "A while." It took a couple of hours. When they finally called me to say my vehicle was ready, the guy that walked me over to where it was parked seemed to linger. He didn't hand me my keys right away. I'm not sure if he was expecting a tip or something, but I had no intention of giving him one. I already overpaid for the service, anything extra was out of the question. I said, "Thank you," and put my hand out to get my key. He handed it over, but gave me a weird look. I got in and took several minutes readjusting my seat, which I told them not to mess with. As I was leaving, I noticed a black and red truck whip out right behind me as I got onto the street. It followed me real close, like, right on my ass close. It followed me on the surface street, it followed me into some random residential neighborhood I turned into. This went on for a while, but after about 5 minutes of riding my ass going 15 MPH, the driver of the truck slammed on the brakes, made a violent U-turn and sped off. Like I said, SHADY.
