  • Dealing with this United Nissan Has been my worst experience ever in purchasing a car. I bought a car on SEPTEMBER 11th they told me I was approved everything is good to go. Then they tell me they have been calling me after I called to let them 2wks later that I have not received any paperwork. The finance people over there do not return any calls let alone answer the phone. After getting ahold to someone they say we need you to come down cause they have a new deal they need me to sign. I go in and I sit for 3 hours. No paperwork work to sign. They said we should have it by tomorrow. Come back the next day and its the same thing. The finance person helping me walked by me for a whole hour and did not say a word to me, but he called me in to finalize paperwork. By this time I'm saying this must be a SCAM. I have had this car almost a month they keep calling me to come and sign and there is nothing. This situation is so ridiculous. I really feel like they are trying to keep money and then tell me they couldn't get anyone to finance me. I don't want this to happen to anyone else
