  • Totally satisfied! Scaredy Cat gets an A++. We brought our 12 year old female Siamese in for a second opinion on what looked like a cyst on her nose. Her previous vet went right for the juggler by using the big "C" word and recommended a treatment that appeared to us to be disproportionately severe versus the appearance of this tiny bump on her nose that appeared literally overnight. All we wanted a biopsy that did not require putting her to sleep or putting her at risk in any form. Scaredy Cat understood perfectly, did a needle biopsy that took about two seconds and sent us on her way. Then called two days later to confirm that it is a benign cyst that only requires watching and no immediate or dramatic treatment. In other words, Scaredy Cat put the interests of our cat (and its owners) over the objective of making money by scaring its owners into agreeing to a treatment she doesn't need at the moment and for this they have earned a new client.
