  • Food and service is pretty fantastic. We made reservations Friday night just in case there was a crowd, but luckily it was a pretty slow night. It was our first time there, so the server explained the rules and the wooden hour glass. Green=Meat. Red =Salad/Break to Breathe. The salad bar was pretty impressive. Lot of leafy green choices, nuts& berries, and cheeses. They also had potato salad and calamari salad. For hot foods, they had mashed potatoes, black beans, and meat stew. The server also gave us some bread balls ( I don't remember the actual name.) They look like donut holes, but are bread balls with cheese and tapioca filled center. Sounds weird, but absolutely delicious. The meat, while very delicious and ranging in varieties, can also be a hit or miss. So be wary of that. Sometimes the meat may be too chewy and lack some flavor. But since the meat guys come around so often, you may very well get the same meat 15 minutes apart and they will taste drastically different. Overall, this place is a must try, especially if you're in the area looking for a fancy place to eat.
