Poor staff and management. Dont think Ive ever met such a droll cashier as the one who directed me to the usher. A "Hello." from anyone wouldve been a great way to start but we never got so much as that even after we gave them one first. Rude. The ticket usher was glued to her phone between talking to the mass of people coming up with vouchers for the Blair Witch pre screening. Myself and people I brought were among many more people behind us declined tickets because the movie was full. I understand the voucher says seating is not guranteed but it also didnt mention that anyone should arrive because it sold out 2 hours before the movie. Frustrated but politely I asked the usher and the manager Kyle that if for the inconvenience he could just discount my friend and I's tickets or refreshments if we decided to see another movie since I would be paying all of our tickets because Im the one who received the vouchers at work and invited them to come to which he declined there was anything he could do. At all. So we wasted our time and efforts to come see a movie screening that was poorly planned by the theatre and staff. Our first visit to Palms in general will be our last because of this experience.
