  • This was my first time at BRGR and I will never go back! There were 3 other parties inside the restaurant. Once we were seated and given the menus by the hostess it took 15 minutes for our server to come and ask about drinks. We debated on leaving. He then dropped off the drinks and did not ask if we were ready to order even though we were. He walked away so quickly we couldn't even grab his attention to tell him we were in fact ready. he finally came back to take our order about 5+ minutes later. When the food came it was dropped off by a food runner. Everything here is a la carte, so you dont receive fries/chips with your burger. My bill for a burger with Just cheese and fries costed $17! I took a bite of the burger that I requested to be medium that was completely rare. I waited to ask my server to send it back, but he was nowhere to be found. I waited over 10 minutes and not one staff member walked past our table or was even in sight. We also witnessed the manager? Yelling in the middle of the establishment at a bartender for being late. Several tables were watching this encounter. While eating, 2 parties who had been seated left due to not being acknowledged by the server. Meanwhile the manager? Was tending his tables. We had finished our meal and put the plates at the edge of the table. We then proceeded to wait over 15 minutes before the manager took our dirty plates away. He then came back 5-10 minutes after and asked if we needed anything else. I said yes our checks please. When he came back he have us one check. We waited another 5+ minutes before we could tell him we wanted separate checks. My friends bill came to $11.13. She put $15 on the check presenter. He picked it up and took $4 out of his pocket and handed it back to her. We were baffled. We have never seen a server do this before especially seeing that we were both servers. This was absolutely a terrible experience.
