  • The vacuum unit seems fine but the power head sucks not! Meaning that the power head is stinky. So is the customer service. These people will say anything to make them seem honest so they can obtain payment. After which they turn into zombie liars. Beware Beware Beware They asked me not to buy on eBay and to buy from them directly. They sold me extras and would not stand behind their words. The do not respond to emails. They lie to PayPal, and to their buyers. Eek! Methinks not.
