Terrible customer service. My Internet bill has increased every month and when I checked the service I was receiving against what I was actually paying for I was shocked. I called their customer service center and they were no help as well. She couldn't answer why I was paying for a 100Mbps but recieving less than 15Mbps. The only thing I could do at that point was downgrade my service and she gave me a "discount" of a few dollars off. It seems as though the Cox business plan is to make you pay for what your not actually getting until you catch them. I am looking for a new Internet Service Provider and I would not recommend this company.
