It's bad enough getting a foot injury but the ordeal lasts for weeks and weeks. The only good thing about it was Joe and his scooters. I went to his shop and he treated me like royalty, giving me choices and patiently educating me what was going to be important operating the scooter. He followed up offering me options for payments and when I wasn't exactly sure when I'd return it he said "No problem. Just let me know." I just could get the formal medical release and when the appointment with the doc was delayed, he kept the charge at the same rate as a week before, so I didn't waste one dime. The equipment worked well, no problems technically or contract wise. He is so laid back and casual, exactly the kind of guy you'd like to have a beer and watch the game with. Thanks, Joe, you're the best.
