  • Just left Firestone on Park Rd. Stopped in with the hope of getting the pressure in our tires read. Shop had been opened for an hour. We were the only people in the lobby. The service guy at the desk would not even make eye contact with us. We waited a few minutes in total silence.....and left. The silence told us they didn't need us as a customer. We drove a couple of miles up the road to Summerfield. We were in and out....and an extremely satisfied customer in less time than we waited in silence at Firestone. Guess where we will go next time?
