I'm giving a 2 star just because the guy was a ok sales guy, but messed up bad. My girlfriend and I walked in just to see what they had. She was wearing about a $3500 bracelet and pendent piece. The seller looked at it and one of the pieces was stuck, so he told her that it was destroyed. He said that it wasn't under warranty and she would have to pay for a jeweler to fix it, but overall, she needed to buy a new bracelet that costs about $400. He kept telling her over, and over again that it was destroyed. He cleaned it, and kept telling her that she couldn't do anything else with it, but apologized for saying it was destroyed. The piece came loose after the cleaning. My girlfriend also use to sell this product. She's sold jewelry her whole life, so she was surprised that a seller would take that approach with anyone at a store. The manager needs to educate their sales people on how to deal with people and how to sell to people.
