For the most part Cox has been fine, but I just got my billing statement from this month. They missed sending out last months bill that showed that they almost doubled my rate for Internet. Called customer service, spoke to a guy about cancelling. He said one moment and dropped me on another rep. 2nd rep was not very helpful, said the billing was sent out last month and there is nothing I can do about the late fee. I told her I can't afford what they want to charge and to cancel, but wait I can reduce your bill to $5 cheaper. Opps, I know you didn't go there. Cox Cable, your services aren't as great as you say they are and I will not pay your late fees or your absorbant fees. Sorry
