  • I had to try this place a few times to fully appreciate it. I like how they have ramen AND japanese tapas. While there are traditional ramen dishes, there are other non-traditional ramen dishes as well such as the carbonara ramen. I was expecting souply milky ramen with a slight hint of italian carbonara flavoring, but no. It was more of the opposite way around - carbonara pasta with a hint of tonkatsu ramen flavoring, which was still delish! It was really tasty. Pretty heavy, but really good. The traditional tonkatsu ramen was also rich in flavor. I would go here again.
