  • I spent a week in the Davidson area and I was very glad I spotted the banner out front for El Paraiso one afternoon. The restaurant is small but it has a tiny bar area, as well. The bartender was very kind while I drank a delicious glass of Sangria while waiting for my take-out order. I ordered the taco salad with roasted vegetables and the guacamole. Both were fantastic and I am disappointed I didn't get a chance to head back there for another visit. I don't know if I'll ever be back in this area, too. This place is definitely a hidden gem in the Davidson/Cornelius/Huntersville area so if you live here - make sure you check it out.
