  • When I first spoke to Wasim, I was interested in purchasing a home. Unfortunately due to instability at work and uncertainty about the real estate market, I was not ready to purchase a home. So Wasim and I talked and I decided I wanted to rent a home in the area I was originally looking to purchase a home (just to make sure it was the area I wanted to live in). He found me a home within 2 weeks. I loved the location and the home itself. It was an extremely easy process, Wasim was there every step of the way. It's nice to see a realtor who really takes care of their client. Even though I decided not to purchase a home, he still stuck with me and helped me find a home to rent. I will soon be in the process of purchasing a home and I will definitely have Wasim as my realtor.
