I arranged for a rental car Sunday for Monday morning. I received a confirmation email confirming my reservation that stated no issue of car availability. Enterprise was supposed to pick me up around 8am. They called at 8:20 am advising that they had no cars available until 2pm that day. When I asked why I received a confirmation of my reservation if they had cars. The attendant said that their website doesn't remain updated w their inventory? Since when does a rental car website not keep up w their inventory? Isn't that why they use a computer to enter their reservations and who picks up a car and when it's due back? I had plans for this morning and now I won't make my appointments. Big inconvenience and they've now lost my business.
