  • I'll start with the pros. Nice size for a large family. There was 8 of us in the "condo". Near walmart, stores and food. Stocked well with pots, pans, glasses, washer dryer. Very convenient. Cable tv. Free coffee in activity center. Cons: everything is old and dingy. We arrived at 4. Washed a load of dishes so that we could use them for dinner. Water began leaking like crazy a little while after the load started. Called maintenance. The gentleman that answeredI the phone was extremely rude, yelling at me when I asked for towels (8 people in the room). Manager came and said " im so sorry. many people complained about him but he is Filipino and he means no harm". Which was unbelievable to me. If that's just him and he means no harm when he yells, please explain to me why he is still answering phones, is there no other job he can do? Just doesn't make sense. But back to what I was saying. We went to Walmart while maintenance fixed the dishwasher. While we were gone our 17 year old daughter called and said we have to move because the whole sink is broken. When we got back to the resort, she was moving everything to a new room on the second floor on the other side of the resort with no help from staff. Again...UNBELIEVABLE. My 10 year old went to get games and when we tried to play, half of the pieces were missing. And I'm not EXAGGERATING. so there goes that idea. Another disappointment, not only did the 1st room have ripped sheets but the 2nd room had ripped sheets too and stained pillow cases. Overall, this is not a nice resort. And to think, they were going to try and sell me a timeshare here. I would never stay here again, I rather get two adjoining rooms at one of the inexpensive hotels of the strip such as the Luxor. But for the money I paid and the quality and service I received was not worth half my money. And don't be fooled by the "heated" pool. It was between 77-82 degrees our whole stay so not too hot and not cold. We all only got in the pool once because it was so cold. My 2 year old was shivering so bad.
