  • I called ahead to get an appointment for piercing and the girl said we don't take appointments but we aren't busy in the evenings so come around 7pm and we can get you in then. I drove almost an hour to get to the place arriving an hour before they closed at the time the girl recommended only to have the same front desk girl tell me they couldn't see me because two other people had arrived before I got there and the piercer does not stay late. I explained I had spoken to her earlier and waited all day to drive an hour and come to the shop. Her response was "Ya... Sorry"
