  • I have lived here for 5 months, and this is nice place to live. -Pros 1. Maintenance service is quick and done within 48 hours. Last week, water falls down from A/C and the maintenance guy drop by just in 2 hours. It was quick and helpful. 2. There are lots of events going on. The office provide some free breakfast once a month and it's good. 3. LOCATION! There is Fry's nearby. Chandler Fashion Center is just 5 mins by car. ASU is really close. I just love this location. 4. Neighbourhood is good. 5. Queit place. There isn'y much noise in overall. -Cons 1. The apartment is a bit old. Plus, I don't like carpet on the living room.. it's just personal preferance, really. Actually, this is the No.1 reason that I'm searching for a new apartment. 2. Swimming pool and fitness center are a bit small compare to other apartments. But it doesn't really matter, I guess. 3. There is no club house or office room for residents. 4. There are some minor and major things to fix as this place is a bit old. For example, water sometimes falls from A/C and it really bothers me. We asked for maintenance service several times but it keeps happenning. In overall, this was not a bad place to live.
