| - I am glad that they opened up a second location closer to my home. The ice cream offerings and prices are the same as the Summerlin location.
The interior is not too big if you plan to dine in, but many patrons get their ice cream to go.
If I recall correctly, when they first opened you would order and pay first, then they would call you over to make the ice cream, but on more recent visits, I think they changed to payment at the end. I believe there is one addition ice cream making station here too when operating at full capacity compared to the Summerlin location.
As for the ice cream itself, it is a bit pricey but you are paying for the novelty. It is also made fresh to order, and I like how they only use a couple of ingredients.
My only gripe is that on my last visit, the employee did not know how to enter a coupon that I had received in the mail, and the "manager" at the time was equally confused and not very helpful. He offered to take off a flat $2, but that would be less of a discount than the "buy one, get one 50% off" the coupon stated. Instead of trying to figure it out, he said "well, I can't give you the stated discount." Definitely not the right response to a customer; if you are going to print these coupons and mass distribute to people via mail, you need to teach your employees how to use them!
