  • I'm a designer and get things printed out quite often, and after my first visit to Copy Express, I think I found my neighborhood print shop! They did an amazing job on some postcards that I needed printing and working with Sam was absolutely wonderful. My next visit wasn't exactly what I was expecting. I walked in around 10 am to find Connie behind the desk. I asked her about printing on poster board and she gave me some (2) options. I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I was... She couldn't get the printer to work, so she started to swear out of frustration. Afterwards, she said that she wasn't able to rotate my image to portrait mode and it would be a $16 minimum for manipulation (rotating does not require manipulating), but she did figure out how to do it. Then she said that she couldn't print out a PNG and that it had to be a PDF - so luckily, Sam was able to help her out and convert the image. Then there was a paper error and she said "I'm not going to be able to fuss with this, I have a lot of work to do", basically telling me she couldn't get it and to leave and she stood there cursing again under her breath again. I was extremely friendly and never once did I say anything but thank you. She finally figured it out and it was printed very nicely. I got out of there fast and won't be back.
