  • We absolutely LOVE Dr Sheik! My son has been a patient of his for 3 years. You can tell that he really cares about the kids and actually likes what he does. Just recently my son was having a non-gastro issue so I took him to his regular pediatrician. They weren't really concerned about what was going on with him but I still just had a bad feeling. I called Dr Sheik to explain what was going on with him. He gave me some advice at the initial call (he called me back around 5:30 pm so that means he was still available after hours). The next day one of his office staff phoned me back to say Dr was thinking about it more and he wanted to send us for some tests. Really? He was actually concerned and was thinking about us after the conversation? I think that is so awesome. A physician that cares! It all turned out fine but how cool was it that he thought about us afterward? His office staff have been a pleasure to work with also. Crystal his office manager is great. I was initially nervous because she looks pretty young but she is always very helpful. They have a 24 hour answering service as well so if you have something super serious going on he can always be reached. Wait time? I never had to wait more than about 15 minutes. I do usually go early morning so that might have something to do with it. I'd wait and hour for him if need be. Choose Dr Sheik. You won't be disappointed.
