This is a hard review to do because they do some things very well and some things not so good. First of all, Chad is an absolute doll. He has some of the best customer service skills I've seen. He's very helpful and professional. He's the reason we are still shopping at Avanti. If I were just reviewing Chad it would be 5 stars. Now for the bad. The business appears understaffed at all times. They are busy, which is great but they need to staff for all of that traffic. The very worst part of the business is the girl who answers the phones. Whatever they are doing right up front, she destroys with horrible customer service, long hold times, no call backs and generally a rude demeanor and bad attitude. It's a waste to have great customer service up front and have her completely ruin the experience when she answers the phone. I do have the feeling that position is also understaffed but her attitude is lackluster and off putting. As a former business consultant, I can tell you that a phone person can single handedly ruin a business. They need to hire better people and more of them. Need to clone Chad.
