  • i had them give me a quote to repair our AC. The unit was 4 years old. The technician that came out told my wife, it was a poor quality unit and it would be cheaper to put a new unit on than to repair it. They gave us a price of 9,100.00 to add a new unit. I read the comments from other customers, they had tried to scam, so I called Howard Air as they came highly recommend by Angies List. The Howard Air technician told us we had a quality unit and it would cost 940.00 to repair the unit, we went with Howard Air. 72 Degrees told my wife the compressor was close to quitting the technician had oil on his hands to prove it. The Howard technician said there was nothing wrong with the compressor. 72 Degrees is good at scamming customers. Do not do business with them
