  • I've been trying for 2 weeks to get my car windows fixed. At first all seemed great, they said they had to order the parts to repair the car. I had to keep calling to see if they had the parts yet. They said they'd check and call back, but there was never a call back, it was always me calling them. I wish they would have just been straight with me and say they either couldn't fix it or didn't want to. Finally I called one last time and they said the parts came in and they'd put me on the schedule for Sat between 8-11am. Saturday comes and it's no call, no show, no answer. I give up.
