I give the one star to the service in the hotel restaurant. I was having breakfast a Sunday morning and sat down to the tables with one other with me. 10 minutes pass (there are only 5 tables and a bar) without pouring us any coffee or greeting us. This is after she strolls by 4 times for the other tables with only one thing in hand each time(what happened to full hands in/out). I asked her if we have to help our selfs (while she is walking away, still not been greeted) and responds"yes,but you have to wait for me". After ordering, her attitude was blah and short with us. Our meals came out separate times, and just a bad experience all around. I do not think Jessica should be in the service business.
