My experiences here:
I was told I needed a new battery for my late model Honda, at a cost of over $120. The service person went on to say I might have noticed that my car had been having problems starting.
A few weeks later, I had the battery tested at another Honda dealership and I was told my battery was fine. And no, I had not experienced any problems at all with my car starting.
After I got my windshield repaired at Honda of Concord, I asked about the warranty. I was shocked to be told that the dealership did NOT warranty the repair but if I had any problems with it, they would "work with me".
Thankfully I have not have had any problems with my windshield.
Shame on me for expecting a reputable dealership to warranty ALL their work and for not asking about the warranty BEFORE I got the work done.
I have had a few other negative experiences at Honda of Concord that I will not detail.
Needless to say, these experiences have eroded my confidence in being able to receive fair and quality assessments and service for my vehicle at Honda of Concord.
