  • Construction and design of iron door were fine. however their installation failed to include repair to the surrounding stucco that I had to have done myself. Also, they never installed the roller catch to keep the gate closed. Despite multiple attempts to contact they were unresponsive. They promised many times to fix the problem and often cancelled at the last moment. I have called them a minimum of 6 times and everytime they have an excuse as to why they couldnt come out and fix the problem. Be very wary of this business as they have very poor customer service and professionalism. A fancy web site and pretty pictures dont make a good business. Customer service and honesty are in very short supply with Signature Iron Doors
