  • LIFE CHANGING! As nervous as I started out to get the sleep study done, VALLEY SLEEP CENTER (especially my tech, Barbara) made me feel so comfortable and safe...I have known that I had sleep apnea but last night I realized how bad it was and realized WHAT I WAS MISSING IN LIFE all these years...ACTUAL REST! After 2 hours of monitoring, she put the CPAP machine on me and I cannot believe how I felt this morning after 8 hours of ACTUAL SLEEP! I feel like a new woman...ready to tackle the world. SIMPLY LIFE CHANGING! Cannot wait to see Dr. Gill & get the full report AND cannot wait to get the CPAP for home.
