  • Outstanding customer service! Amy is a doll to work with and very on top of things! Our AC went out on Wed May 25th called the home warranty and was assigned to a company to come out Sat May 28th after a no show no call from that company , I contacted the warranty and filed a complaint , they re scheduled with Shaffer and Sons with in 10 min of hanging up with the warranty company Amy had called me and already had a Tech on his way to my house ! They had to order parts for my AC with Monday being a holiday she told me it might be Tuesday before they could fix it . Monday morning Amy called a few of her vendors to see if they could get the part and was willing to send a tech out, even though she wasn't able to get the part she stayed in contact with me and let me know what was going on, Tuesday morning she called me and said her tech would be out at 11 :00 am and sure enough he was! Amy was friendly, professional, caring, helpfully and a pleasure to work with!!!
