Well this was a huge disappointment. I was excited to try a new location - they have good reviews. I'm in from out of town and it was immediately apparent they cater to their regulars and do not care to try to win over new business. I was advised that it would be a 25 min wait - no problem. I don't mind waiting - up front.
I took the time to review the colors and decide what I might want. However they do not allow you to touch the bottles themselves - instead only working off samples. Problem is I see colors I like on the wall and the numbers are not coinciding with the sample cards. Despite this I was able to find a color I liked.
Next I'm called back to a chair. I was told "in the back on the left". There was not a nail tech at any empty chairs so I wasn't sure right off the bat where to go. The receptionist came back and flatly said "the one with the water". No one helped me with the stuff I had or got me seated in the chair.
I settled in and waited. And waited. And waited. I had to pull my feet out of the water because they were starting to prune and itch. The water was also getting cold. I put my feet back in for thinking someone Had to be coming soon. Nope!! Continued to wait and wait and wait. I lost track of time but I was left with no acknowledgement so long I have pruned feet and had water that was cool.
I did not continue to wait to see if someone was going to help. I left, stopping by the front to let them know that sitting long enough for the water to have cooled off and have pruned feet is not acceptable.
