  • This place is awesome I lived here in the last 4 years Always friendly team 360/365 days the pool clean and open ( unless one of the stupid drunks tenant let his dog jump in the water) Very high maintenance Paint everything every year All the lights on at night Fast response for maintenance in the apartment Very reasonable price for this area In the middle of old town Scottsdale You can walk to groceries / services/ bars/ mall / ets It's gated complex And you need to have either sticker or parking pass for guest. And it's good. You don't wanna come at Saturday night and not have a parking spot for your second car As well if someone park in your spot They will tow him If you plain on moving over its Highly Recommend
