  • Customer Service: My husband and I have been waiting to be seated for the last fifteen minutes. While it has come to my attention that VIP guests get seated first -- even if they are standing behind you in line -- there is no explanation of this offered. You are simply standing in line...waiting...while random patrons are told to bypass you and provided with a table. This is while several employees stand milling around, trying to accommodate priority guests. Food: This buffet boasts a modest selection of food choices for lunch: Salad, Mexican, Soup, Middle Eastern and Desserts. I tried a kale salad, which was a mix of greens, olives, tomatoes, red onions and feta cheese. Not bad at all. From the "Mexican" selection, I chose a cheese quesadilla, which I figured would be relatively safe; wrong. The cheese inside was charred and made it difficult to cut with a knife and fork. From the "Middle Eastern" selection, I chose the rice pilaf and roast turkey. Sidenote: there was a father in line ahead of me with his young daughter. She decided she did not like the cut of turkey that have been provided to her and so her dad requested another slice. The chef then took the slice that was originally provided to her OFF OF HER PLATE and put it back on the carving board. He attempted to provide it to me, and I promptly refused it. I am not a Health Inspector, but once something is put on someone's plate, it shouldn't be taken back, no? Turkey was moist and flavorful, though.
