kombu-what? As a Midwest, bbq and beer loving gal I was a bit of a sceptic the first time I heard about kombucha- a fermented tea beverage- but gave it a try. With many varieties on tap, there is a variety of traditional kombucha to choose from, as well as beer and what they have dubbed "wild ale," kombucha + beer.
I am a sucker for sour and have quickly become an advocate.
With plenty of seating, both indoors and out, it makes it a great choice to kick it for a bit. They are also dog friendly, so bring your furr-end, too.
