  • Check the Bed - Had a little problem on my return trip with the bed. It seems they use an adjustable air mattress that is so comfy when it works but quite a nuisance when it doesn't. I didn't notice it was leaking until I came back after a long day and just went with it despite the pain in the neck (and back) it produced. I can't really fault the hotel for things going out as every once and awhile they do but I can say when you get to your room jump onto the bed and find out early. In any case they fixed it the next morning and I returned to a restful sleep the following night. I'm still holding at 4 Stars.
