  • This place has consistently gone downhill since UltraStar sold this cinema. Went here to Ice Age for the matinee. The theater was dirty and had popcorn on the floor. Stood in the concession stand line for 25 minutes. Only one cashier was open. Really??? A busy matinee showing and 1 cashier???? I missed the start of my movie because of this. Their concession prices are outrageous!!!! $8.21 for a small popcorn and $7.39 for a large drink. Those prices are Ritz Carlton level. I can see why this theater has changed hands so many times. UltraStar sold to Digiplex. Digiplex sold to Carmike. Carmike has now sold to AMC. Surprise really needs to get a good quality, consistent theater. Hello Harkins.....please come to Surprise!!!!
