  • I actually used to shop here frequently. I like the ideas and items, but the prices are ridiculous. This women marks up well over 300%. I could overlook this but I just cannot stand how rude the owner is. If your going to sit around and chat with your friends and not help or acknowledge customers then hire friendly people to do so. I have also realized that the only time you get really good customer service is when your are dropping a boatload of cash. I spent around $1000.00 one day for some big pieces out back and she was so delightful and accommodating. But other times I walk in there and wonder if I have the plague because they avoid you as if you do. Well despite this I will still stop in to shop for inspiration if not anything else. And besides she must be doing something right as she has been there a very long time.
