  • Took my dog here for grooming, since I only wanted a shave and my dog is small they offer me a deal. Did a good job and took around 2-3 hours if I remember correctly. However, 2nd time around, I came in and a the rude employee in the store didn't acknowledge that I got the deal. I told them to check the record, the worker refused and I said I spoke to the girl in charge. This worker quickly said she is the manager and no need. So I basically refused to pay and left. Apparently they no longer do much grooming at this location as well as the other one is a lot bigger.
