My insurance went up $55, when I called to see why it went up they told me it was a state wide thing but did not tell me exactly. So I went ahead and shopped around and found an insurance with the premium way lower from what I was paying, so I canceled my policy with State Farm. After they found out that I had canceled is when they tried to work with me and telling me that they can do better. Well if they would've done the right thing to keep a long term customer, they should've done it right away. SO NOW THEY ARE ASKING FOR PROOF OF MY NEW INSURANCE SO THEY CAN CANCEL MY OLD INSURANCE POLICY WITH THEM. And Jen Sias and the office manager are always busy to return a call.
