I was just currently at this Starbucks location and all the doors were locked with plenty of employees inside. There was no sign on the door and no workers came out to let us know what was going on. They just ignored us all while we waited and knocked on the door. The time was 11:15 am, 5 hours after they were supposed to be open. If they were having technical difficulties or something went wrong, they should have at least let all of their waiting customers know. Terrible customer service to just ignore us all! I had to give it one star to continue with my review or else it would be zero! For a multi-billion dollar company, they should be held to exemplary customer service. I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for over a decade and I am so disappointed.
