  • New to LaZ Boy store per recommendation of friend, "they are well made" "made in USA" "solid craftsmanship" etc. These are my sofa chairs custom made in LA, fabric upgrade and such. After one and half year, still haven't found a comfortable spot yet. And it's already showing wear and wrinkles. Worst, arm rests are already worn and it's shapes are gone. I bought this unit for its simple straight lines, especially the arms. Pictures shown sofa arms stitching uneven, the endings of all arm rest no longer holding its original shape, it now Haas no shape, in fact. It kind of just collapsed onto itself. I spent over $2700 on these two sofas, thinking I was getting quality US made furnitures... Lessons learned.
