  • Super irritated about their balloons. Went yesterday and had 3 balloons made and paid extra to have them last 24 hours. After about 10 minutes of the girl popping a ton of balloons and then handing me wrong ones, I finally got the right balloons and left. I did everything yesterday since I worked today and would've had no time. Last night, I heard one pop in the closet (an empty closet). I figured whatever it was too late to do anything now. Today, as I'm rushing home from work to grab them, one is deflated halfway. So yesterday, I paid for 3 balloons. One popped. One deflated. And one lasted. Thanks party city for sucking at something so easy. I'm super disappointed and won't be back.
