  • DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. I should have read some of the reviews before having them come out. THEY CALLED ME to do a routine maintenance for $50. Our air as been working fine and is still blowing cold. Elite said our unit had a bad piston. I asked their repair guy what that meant and he said we would have to replace the part. I called my brother in California who has been in the air and heating business for almost 40 years. He said that pistons get clogged but is repairable. When the final quote came back from Elite they wanted to replace the entire heating and air unit for $8000!!! I got my Brother on the phone to talk to them and then they stared to back pedal. (that was fun) Also found out that the Unit we have possibly has a 10 year warranty and it's only 6 years old. I'm giving them one star because Yelp wont let me give them a zero.
