Where is the zero star option? It's gotten even worse. Our furniture finally came as scheduled, BUT!!! in the opposite layout than we ordered which meant that we had to have them send it back and wait even longer! And to rub salt in the wound, someone called later that night to tell us that the ottoman that was scheduled to come later than the couch, was delayed even further. They keep telling us to contact the sales rep and all he tries to do is point the finger at us, we are done dealing with him. We'll see if we are oh so lucky to receive our couch a month after ordering.
