| - Our sons baseball team recently stayed here for a spring training tournament...the facility pools are gorgeous, which is why I gave it two stars, which in all honesty is probably much to generous.
The suite was large, but the oversized furniture made it cramped and difficult for a family of four to even move around in. I was originally shocked that in a large suite there were only two towels, I first called to request more towels, they never came. When I went to shower the faucet was broken, I called down to see if they could fix it, again they said they would be right up...never came. A day or two passed and I ran to the lobby to get cash and was told that their ATM was broken, I asked if I could charge to my room to quickly get cash, I was told to go to the Fairmont down the street.
Later that night our kids went to make their fold out bed and housekeeping hadn't left sheets. When I called down I said this time I really need the sheets, every other time we have made a request it has gone unfulfilled. They apologized and said we can have someone fix the faucet right now, I replied with it's 10:30 and our kids need to go to sleep.
45 minutes housekeeping shows up with the towels we had originally requested and leaves, our nine year old daughter chases after them to get the sheets.
The kids finally make their bed, fall asleep and at 11:30pm maintenance knocks and proceeds to open the door, saying he was there to fix the shower faucet....My advice is to stay at the Fairmont down the street.
