  • Nordstrom is by far my favorite department store. I was always fortunate to have a Nordstrom fairly close by to where I lived but now this is my closest store and a long drive from my home but well worth it for me. I have always received prompt and helpful service from this store. Mary in the lingerie department has assisted me for years with my purchases. She gets 5 stars from me! The shoe department staff is very helpful as well. Ordering from Nordstrom's website is great and I do that but sometimes you need to talk to an associate in a specific department and get their feedback and advice on an item so if I can't physically go to the store I'm glad that they can assist me over the phone and ship to me.
